All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors can happen — if we spot one after you order, we'll contact you before processing anything.

Submitting an order means you're making an offer to buy; the order is confirmed when we accept it and dispatch your box.

04Payment

Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider, or in cash on delivery. We never see or store your full card details.

05Delivery

Delivery times and fees are described in our shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, so please inspect your box when it arrives.

Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our refund and exchange policy.

Everything on this website — the BTTR name, logo, images and copy — belongs to BTTR and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent Egyptian courts.
