01Where we deliver

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates. Delivery is available across Cairo, Giza, Alexandria and every other governorate through our courier partners.

02Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

03Estimated delivery time

• Cairo and Giza: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Other governorates: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• You'll receive a confirmation call or message from the courier before delivery.

04Delivery fees

Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — no surprises. Occasionally we run free-delivery promotions, and those are applied automatically when active.

05Payment on delivery

You can pay securely online through our checkout, or choose cash on delivery and pay the courier when your box arrives.

06Delays

Courier delays can happen during peak seasons or severe weather. If your order is running late, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.

07Address accuracy

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — couriers contact you before delivery, and a wrong number can delay your box. If something needs correcting after you've ordered, message us immediately and we'll update it before dispatch.
